E-mail and Photos

Hola!  Wow, those are some pretty sweet pictures of Bedford.  I think those pictures just made me hit another level of trunkiness, haha.  And the fact that Blake is gonna be home this week too. Shoot!  I am gonna have to focus!! :)  And Cayden is driving?!?! Well if he drives the car anything likes he drives the four wheeler I will have to think about getting in with him!!  But I think he will be alright :)  Sounds like you guys had another pretty busy week going to get things taken care of and stuff.  And I know how you feel about the chairs being all set up in the church, haha.  I remember that was never fun wanting to play basketball and walking into a chapel with the chairs set up!
Well it looks like I need to take an English class when I get back to school.  Today we walked into the office and when President saw me he started to laugh a little bit and told me to come look at something.  When I was in the office, I made some maps that we sent into the First Presidency to organize some stakes and stuff down here in our mission, and in all the maps I had Chaple written in big bold letters next to all the churches.  Anyways, he got a big kick out of that.  I spelt Chapel, Chaple, haha.  He told me I should take a spelling class at BYUI - maybe it would be a good idea.  The sad part is that I did not even get his joke because I really thought it was spelled Chaple!!, so I am in some trouble I think!!
Hey Dad, I am gonna get all my classes that I want ready so you can sign up for me next week.  I will send you a list with the class and the teacher and the time, so it would be awesome if you could get on as soon as it opens up to register for me!!  Thankyou!!
Well it was a pretty good week here in our sector.  Kinda lost touch with Armando.  Not sure what happened - he is never home and his cell phone does not work!  So maybe he decided to go back a little early to Colombia, but we will see!!  It was good in our Stake this week though.  The attendance went up quite a bit - we were worried cause it has been so low lately but things are looking better now.  All the missionaries are bringing lots of less actives to church with this new pilot plan we are doing, so that is really  good, and we have been able to meet a bunch that we are starting to work with and several have been coming the last few weeks so that has been really good. Things are a little slow with investigators, but at least we have lots of good menos acitvos to work with.  One family is la familia Gomez.  The parents and 7 children are all members but don't attend church.  They are sealed and everything - just have to come to church!!  We are really close with them, so hopefully things go good.  They are a great family, just got their feelings hurt like all the other 900 members that are inactive in our ward, haha.  That is seriously the only reason people say they don't attend - just cause someone looked at them bad or said something kinda mean.  Pretty interesting, but lots of work for us to do I guess!!
Well I have to get goin so that I can send that list of classes to you!  I love and miss you all!

(At the beginning of this blog, I explained that Jared had authorized me to make some minor corrections in the spelling, grammer and punctuation of his e-mails because he is typing them fast.  I felt I needed to include his original e-mail with this post, to make his account of misspelling Chapel more meaningful.  Jared comes from a long line of misspellers.)
