E-mail and Photos

Hola!!  Wo Dad, those are some pretty sweet pics of the mountain goats fighting!  I don't think I have ever seen that before!  And Missy, that is a sweet bike!  Please tell me that you guys bought that thing?? haha..  I have talked to Cameron Turner a little bit - seems like he is doing pretty good!  Crazy that he is already home and that Blake comes home here in a few weeks..  Time really has gone by super fast - I cannot believe it!  Sounds like you guys had quite the experience up in Jackson this week with the house though! Lots of things to keep you guys busy!  Kinda funny how when one thing happens it just all seems to come at the same time, haha, but hopefully you can get the water heater and the car and the lawn mower all figured out!!  Lots of work to do!!
Well this week was pretty interesting.  We got a call Friday night form the Sister Missionaries that share the ward with us and they were crying and pretty startled. Anyway somebody had broken into their house and robbed a bunch of their stuff.  So they spent the night in a house in another zone, but Saturday President wanted them to move into our apartment cause it is safer, so we got kicked out.  So late Saturday night we had to pack all our stuff out and move to the apartment of the other Elders that are in our ward - it definitely ain't for 4 though.  There is not room for anything so we just have our bags in the living room and stuff.  Sounds like today or tomorrow we are gonna be moving to the house that the sisters were living in.  So hopefully the robbers don't come back to get us!  But it is ok if they do I guess - I was planning on giving a lot of the stuff I have away, before I head home so I guess they can just take it if they want, haha.  It has been tough living in the apartment with all of us, so hopefully we can move out soon!
The work has been going great for us in our sector!  We have two baptisms planned for this weekend for Silvia and Winston, with a third possible miracle with Armando if everything goes well!  So pray for them!  Silvia and Winston have been progressing a ton and they are super ready!  It is crazy with Silvia - she has been working a lot so we have not been able to teach her a lot, so we had to teach her all of the commandments Saturday night.  Word of wisdom, tithing, law of chastity, Sabbath day, and seriously all of them.  But after each one she just said "Of course I will live it.  Why would I not?  If that is what the Lord wants so I can be a member of His church then I will do it!  So she committed to stop drinking coffee and tea Saturday, and she gave all the tea and coffee she had away to her coworkers today.  She said she has been drinking tea everyday of her life for the last 30 years.  But we called her today and were asking her about it and she said she has no desire to drink it.  So that was pretty cool!  It has been awesome working with her - just super ready!
We also had another pretty cool miracle this week.  We were waiting in the chapel Saturday afternoon for an investigator to show up so that we can teach him, and while we were waiting we heard a knock on the door.  So we opened it and it was a guy that we did not recognize.  We asked what we could do for him and he told us the missionaries were teaching him a couple of years ago but he couldn't go on because of his work, but said that he has found a new job and asked if it would be possible if we could teach him, haha.  Well, of course we said yes!  It was a pretty cool experience - that sure has not happened before!  Anyway, I am doing great down here, and really loving the work and this ward!  Hope I don't get changed out!
I hope that you all are doing good!  I love and miss you all!
Love,

Elder Moser
